1. Service inquiries

You agree to provide accurate project and contact information when requesting proposals, estimates, or consulting services.

2. Projects, fees, and payment

Project scope, deliverables, fees, milestones, and payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

3. Use of services and conduct

You agree to provide timely access, information, approvals, and materials reasonably required for delivery.

4. Intellectual property

Modula Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools and materials. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the applicable service agreement.

5. Data and confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information and use it only for the agreed project or service.

6. Service availability

Support, maintenance, hosting, and service-level commitments apply only when included in a written agreement.
